• Evidence Based Treatment for Bipolar Disorder in Adults
  

• Evidence Based Treatment for ADHD in Children and Adolescents ​

• Advanced Clinical Documentation for LIP's: Training on Billable Service Documentation for Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIP's), includes CCA and goal writing information.

• Clinical Supervision: This training is on the rules and requirements for all services billed in the public system. Clinical professionals providing supervision in the MH/IDD/SA system in NC will receive sample supervision plans, staff supervision goals, and assistance in documentation of supervision.

• Advanced Comprehensive Clinical Assessment: Comprehensive and quality client care can only be provided with an effective and accurate assessment.  In the public funded system, this assessment is the foundation for initiating and continuing client services.  Learn to meet the required elements of the assessment (including the New Provider Monitoring Tool), as well as taking an advanced look at the CCA and how it relates to Medical Necessity, denials, the DSM-5, goal writing and the use of Evidence Based Interventions.

Impact Training & Consulting LLC was formed in 2006 by CEO and founder Lisa Bunting Bradley.

Lisa Bradley is an accomplished clinician and trainer with deep experience in issues related to clinical treatment and meeting NC MH/IDD/SA State standards.  She has a particular focus on clinical treatment fidelity, strategic compliance, and quality assurance as it relates to assisting professionals balance between service and standards. Graduating with top honors with a MSW from The University of Michigan, Lisa is the owner of Impact Training & Consulting and currently provides exceptional training and consulting throughout NC as well as other states.
